Overlooking the city of Westfield’s Grand Junction Plaza, Union Square will be a mixed-use development comprised of apartments, retail, office, a food and beverage hall, an extended plaza area, and public parking. Building upon the city’s downtown transformation, the project will bring 196 apartments, a 300-car parking garage, 17,000 square feet of retail space in the primary mixed-use building, a 15,000 square foot food and beverage hall, and a 40,000 square-foot office/retail building. The development is expected to start construction soon to bring a new life to the city block.
