Building off the momentum of the City of Fort Wayne’s growth, The Lofts at Headwaters Park, will be a six-story mixed-use building that will include 208 apartments, 15 townhomes, 12,000 square feet of commercial space and a 647-space parking garage with 15 private (2)-car garages. The site is bounded by four streets: Duck, Clinton, Superior and Barr, and will add a multitude of housing options in the downtown area.
