The Collective at Midtown, located on the northeast corner of Veterans Way and 3rd St. SW and is the Headquarters for the Studio M Office, sharing ownership with KBSO Consulting, an engineering firm whom we often work alongside. Set to begin construction early spring of 2022, the three-story, 30,000-square-foot building is scheduled to be complete by the first quarter of 2023. Studio M plans centralize their two previous office locations in downtown Carmel and Broad Ripple and combined them to occupy the second floor, with KBSO Consulting occupying to the new building’s third floor. The first floor will include a lobby, The Studio M Interiors Team, The Studio M Makershop, and retail or commercial space for lease.
