Capitalizing on the City of Fisher’s vision to create a sustainable, pedestrian friendly, city core where residents can live work, dine, and play, State at Fishers transforms 26 acres of vacant land adding population, commercial space, and active gathering spaces to an under-utilized parcel. The project consists of six buildings set in a campus-like setting, with total of 280 multi-family residential apartments, 18,600 sf of restaurant, commercial, and retail spaces. The design highlights the cities connectivity by incorporating a multi-use pedestrian trail, linking the City’s robust trail system and an outdoor event area with greenspace and stage to the development.
