Located along the White River in Fishers in a new development called River Place, River Place Flats will be a seven building complex with a central greenspace with a future interactive nature park. The development will total 381 units, ranging from studios to three-bedrooms, with shared parking places, a swimming pool, active sidewalks, tennis courts and lawn. The development plans to also include 66 townhomes, a 35,000 square feet of commercial retail space, and 98-acre park along the river. Studio M is responsible for the seven multifamily buildings and construction will be starting soon.
