The Riverfront at Promenade Park is a mixed-use project that builds off the momentum of the City of Fort Wayne’s riverfront development. This development provides nearly 230 residential apartments, a 900-car parking garage, office, and retail space along the St. Mary’s River directly across the street from the city’s newest riverfront park, Promenade Park. Team members include Developer, Barrett and Stokely, Dillon Construction Group, and local Fort Wayne Architect, Hoch Associates.
