The Railyard at Midtown consists of 208 luxury residential apartments, retail space and a cast-in-place public parking garage with 375 spaces all located conveniently in heart of the Midtown district in Carmel, Indiana. This project was constructed simultaneously with the Merchants Bank headquarters in a mutually beneficial masterplan for the owners and the City of Carmel. Although there are 208 units, the Railyard boasts 25 different unit types as well as 2 different finish packages that offer variety to its tenants. The project also consists of 20,000 SF+ of 3rd floor amenity deck that includes a pool and outdoor recreational space. This 3rd floor deck space opens up to the project’s club/game room as well as a huge fitness facility that is available to tenants and Merchants’ employees. The project is fully leased which is a testament to the owners’ dedication to design and integration into the community. This five-story mixed-use project finished construction in the fall of 2020.
