Provenance consists of a unique, dense, urban mixed residential village for students, entrepreneurs, and start-ups utilizing Purdue Research Foundation’s Discovery Park. The full development will include residential apartment buildings, single family homes, townhomes, luxury condominiums, amenities, and retail spaces. Provenance Apartments consists of seven 3-story apartment buildings with amenities and retail space at the corner of State Street and Airport Road. Altogether, this development will create a rich and walkable environment conveniently located within Discovery Park’s innovative research community and just minutes away from Purdue University’s West Lafayette campus.
