Old Town Companies and Studio M have master planned 28 acres on the City of Carmel’s north side as a new mixed-residential neighborhood that puts “community first.” The development highlights the property’s existing topography and native habitat, which will be preserved during all phases of development, and will include single family homes, townhomes, condominiums, apartments, office space, a farm-to-table restaurant, urban farm and a community amenity center. The project is the first apartment housing community in Central Indiana that integrates a dedicated portion of apartments for residents with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities, offering a place to live that seeks to unify neighbors from different walks of life and integrate seamlessly into the community. The design team’s first phase of design and construction includes three mixed-use buildings totaling 168 apartment units, amenities, office space, and structured parking.
