Located in on the corner of Fourth Street and Monon Avenue, The Merchants Bank Corporate Center is a key element of the City of Carmel’s masterplan to redevelop Midtown Plaza and Midtown, an area which stretches more than 11 acres in area between Carmel City Center and the Arts & Design District, east of the Monon Greenway. With an interest in more space, the new Merchants Headquarters 2 will meet the need for growth. The new structure will be connected via a pedestrian bridge and include a first-floor parking garage, fitness center, conference rooms, private and open office space, social lounges, and a roof top deck.
