Located in on the corner of Fourth Street and Monon Avenue, The Merchants Bank Corporate Center is a key element of the City of Carmel’s masterplan to redevelop Midtown Plaza and Midtown, an area which stretches more than 11 acres in area between Carmel City Center and the Arts & Design District, east of the Monon Greenway. Being half of the scope for major improvements to the Midtown area of Carmel, Indiana, The Merchants Bank Corporate Center centralizes all corporate divisions of Merchants Bank under one roof. The five-story, 170,000 square foot construction features executive and corporate offices on the upper floors, and a ground floor branch bank, retail space, and a two-story parking garage for executive level personnel and visitors with most of the public parking needs being handled immediately across the street at the adjacent sites public parking garage.
