Located in the up-incoming Riverwest innovation corridor, Lavina at Riverwest is a mixed-use community which offers a walkable, amenity-rich setting among significant residential and retail development. The multifamily community features 324-units which range in studios, one-, two, and three-bedroom apartment homes. Each unit includes quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and full-size washers and dryers. Community amenities consist of a fitness center, lounges, co-working space, resort-style pool and pool deck, fire pits, and dog parks. Studio M is responsible for the multifamily and clubhouse portion of the development.
