Icon on Main, a five-story development on the southeast corner of Old Meridian and Main Street, will be a mixed-use development featuring 266 luxury apartments, 22 condos, first floor retail, and a vast range of amenities. The urban-designed community features multiple outdoor courtyard areas activated by fire pits, a resort-style pool, and an expansive plaza which will be a main connection and activity to the public. Some features will include a performance stage, video wall, fountain, and gaming areas.
