Located adjacent to Federal Hill Commons, a 6.5-acre urban park which features an amphitheater, market plaza and event space, The Federal Hill Apartments enhance the community by providing a 5-story, walkable, and mixed-use residential community which includes apartments, retail, office space, and a parking garage that’s shared amongst residents and the public. The development is part of a phased construction for the site and serves as a new western gateway for the City of Noblesville’s downtown and brings new amenities to its actively programmed park.
