Fronting on College Avenue in Broad Ripple Village, the mixed-use facility will serve as the national headquarters for Eight Eleven Group. The consulting firm will hold true to its roots by remaining in the Broad Ripple area where it first began by occupying the office building. The apartment building will have dedicated retail and restaurant space on its first floor with the housing portion being on the upper 4 levels. The 4th floor of apartments all include access to private roof deck space.
