Located along the newly developed Nickel Plate Trail in Fishers, The CityWalk on the Nickel Plate Trail will be a new mixed-use development comprised of 41 townhomes, 106 condominiums, and an 87-unit apartment building. Situated adjacent to the trail, the condominium building will feature a tiered design that maximizes rooftop space and provides views of the city and a pond. The development plans to fully integrate landscape design by dedicating almost half the land to green space, amenities, and connections for the public between Lantern Road and the Nickel Plate Trail.
