Avant Apartments Phase I currently sits at 12890 Old Meridian Street in Carmel, Indiana and is expanding with a second phase. Phase II of the project consists of 96 apartments that range from one-, two- and three-bedroom units as well as 14 townhomes. The development also equipped with 20 private garages, fitness center, bike storage, resident clubhouse and additionally a co-working space located on the first floor. Studio M is responsible for the project’s multi-family apartment component of the development.
